Infill Urban Development

2-4 acre parcels that sit within established neighborhoods which have evolved and gentrified in their own unique ways. Many of these sites were passed over because of steep slopes, sensitive areas, unstable soils or conflicts with adjacent uses (such as industry or freeways).

Brokerage

Our In-House Real estate brokerage licenses our agents at the highest state levels that set the standards of practice in the area and are tasked with maintaining high levels of acquisition and compliance with all state real estate laws driven by our specialized acquisition focus.

Entitlements

Our tenured team encompasses the Entitlements and development of real estate through an extensive approval processes involving multiple regulatory jurisdictions. It is common for a project to require various approvals, permits and consents from federal, state and local governing and regulatory bodies.
